NOTIFICATION
Orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.446, MA&UD (G) Deptt., Dated.14.05.2025 for removal of Sri Kothamaddi Suresh Babu from the office of Mayor, Kadapa Municipal Corporation under section 679 (B) (1) of GHMC Act, 1955 for committing irregularities in execution of several Civil Contract works in Kadapa Municipal Corporation jurisdiction through a firm viz. M/s. Vardhini Constructions which is owned by his family members and thus disobeying the Section 22-1(h) read with Section 23 (1) of the GHMC Act,1955 is hereby cancelled.
