NOTIFICATION
The following draft variation to the land use envisaged in the Capital City Master Plan approved vide Gazette Notification No.18 dt.23.02.2016, is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred under Section-41 of APCRDA Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.11 of 2014 and is hereby published as required by the section 41(3) of said Act).
Redefining the boundary description of Capital City master Plan from "Y-junction at Mangalagiri" with the "South-East border of the Nowluru resolution no.551/2025 has resolved as follows "the Authority hereby request the Government to take necessary action to redefine the boundary description of the Capital City Area limits by replacing the reference to the "Y-junction at Mangalagiri' with the "South-East border of Nowluru Village", in order to remove ambiguity in the jurisdiction of Capital City Area". Government has notified the same vide GO.Ms.No.105 MA & UD dt.17.06.2025.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication in Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any objection and suggestion which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of the above said period will be considered by APCRDA. Objections and suggestions should be addressed to Commissioner, APCRDA, Lenin Centre, Governorpet – Vijayawada (AP) Pin Code: 520002. Objections and suggestions received after due date shall not be entertained including postal delays, if any.
DRAFT VARIATION
Restoration of the Mangalagiri Zonal Development plan approved GO.Ms.no.687 MA dt.30.12.2006 for Mangalagiri village as the Planning boundary area of the Capital City has been re-defined vide GO.Ms.No.105 MA & UD dt.17.06.2025. Further details of the proposed change are available in the office of APCRDA, Lenin Centre, Vijayawada and also available in APCRDA web site www.crda.ap.gov.in
