(Section -39 & 41 of APCRDA Act, 2014)

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 39(1) and 41(3) of APCRDA Act, 2014 the APCRDA, Vijayawada here by proposes extension of E13 road proposing width of 50 meters road connecting the capital city to the NH-16 passing through the Sy.No's 201, 200, 810, 224, 808, 799, 800, 802, 801, 803, 793, 792, 791 of Nowluru village, Sy.No.232 of Mangalagiri(V), Sy.No.372 of Tadepalli (V), joining NH-16 at Sy.No. 6, 7, 8 & 10 of Vaddeswaram (V), Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation, Guntur district. The Draft plan of proposed extension of E-13 road and details of it can be seen in APCRDA website http://crda.ap.gov.in and also in APCRDA office, Offices of District Collector Guntur district, Offices of MRO, MPDO of Mangalalgiri & Tadepalli Mandals and in office of urban local body i.e. Mangalagiri-Tadepalli Municipal Corporation.

Any person/organization having any objection/suggestion with respect to said notification may send in writing to the Commissioner, APCRDA, Lenin Center, Governnor pet, Vijayawada-520002 with in a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this public notice. The person making the objections or suggestions shall also give his/her name and address, telephone/fax, e-mail address. Without contact details, the objection/suggestions shall not be entertained.
