OBJECTIONS CALLED FOR THE A.P. STATE ELECTION COMMISSION - REGISTRATION OF POLITICAL PARTIES - REGISTRATION OF "BHARATHA CHAITANYA YUVAJANA PARTY"
NOTICE
No. 253/SEC-L/2025: Notice is, hereby, given to the general public that Sri Ramachandra Bode, President, intends to register a political party without reserved symbol with the Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission under the name and style of "BHARATHA CHAITANYA YUVAJANA PARTY" under the Registration of Political Parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2001. The main office bearers of the Party are: (1) Sri Ramachandra Bode, President; (2) Smt. P. Shusila Bai, General Secretary; and (3) Smt. Sreelatha Pala, Treasurer. Objections, if any, for such registration from the general public, shall be sent to the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission, 1st Floor, New HODs Building, Opp: Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium, M.G. Road, Vijayawada – 520 010, Andhra Pradesh, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the time stipulated, the Commission will process to register "BHARATHA CHAITANYA YUVAJANA PARTY" as a political party to contest in elections to Local Bodies (Sthanika Samsthalu) held on party basis in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
