MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (CRDA) DEPARTMENT – THE ANDHRA PRADESH CAPITAL CITY LAND POOLING SCHEME (FORMULATION AND IMPLEMENTATION) RULES, 2015 – AMENDMENT TO RULE 5(2)(C) FOR ENHANCEMENT OF ANNUITY PAYABLE TO THE CAPITAL CITY LPS LAND OWNERS WHO HAVE EXECUTED THE DEED OF CONTRACT (FORM 9.14) ON OR AFTER 12TH JUNE, 2024, FROM ₹30,000/- TO ₹40,000/- PER ACRE FOR DRY LANDS AND FROM ₹50,000/- TO ₹60,000/- PER ACRE FOR JAREEBU LANDS, FOR A PERIOD OF TEN (10) YEARS – NOTIFICATION – ISSUED

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 [Act No.11 of 2014] read with Schedule-II(1)(i)(c) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation & Implementation) Rules, 2015 issued in G.O.Ms.No.1, MA&UD(M2) Department, Dt.01.01.2015 and as subsequently amended from time to time, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendment :

| 5(2)(C) | Yearly payment of 10 years, Column under Category Dry- Rs.30,000/-; Jareebu – Rs.50,000/- | to enhance the annuity payable to the Capital City LPS land owners who have executed the Deed of Contract (Form 9.14) on or after 12th June, 2024, from ₹30,000/- to ₹40,000/- per acre for Dry lands and from ₹50,000/- to ₹60,000/- per acre for Jareebu lands for a period of ten (10) years and the remaining unchanged. |
