All the proposals of ongoing projects/schemes/works and all related office records, correspondences, file etc. along with all assets like buildings, office equipments and materials etc. shall be re-located from the existing man power.
1. PHE & WS Sub-Division at Mengio under Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh :
The functional PHE & WS Sub-Division at Mengio is established by bifurcating from Sagalee PHE & WS Sub-Division with the administrative Jurisdiction of CO HQ Mengio and Silsango CO Hq.
2. PHE & WS Sub-Division at Bana under East Kameng District, Arunachal Pradesh :
The functional PHE & WS Sub-Division at Bana is established by bifurcating from Seppa PHE & WS Sub-Division with the administrative Jurisdiction/centres namely : Bana. Richukrong and Debeyar in Bana CD Block and all areas within 11th Seppa Assembly Constituency.
This order comes into force with immediate effect.

No.For(Env)-142/EA/2007.—The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to Re-designate the Post of Technical Officer (Environment) to Deputy Director (Environment) in the department of Env & Forests in the same Pay Band of ` 15,600-39,100 GP 6,600 retrospectively from 17th December, 2015 under the department of Environment, Forests & CC, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
This issues under concurrence of Finance Deptt. vide UO No. Fin(E)-162, dated 23rd December, 2020.

No. PERS-12015/101/2022/678.—WHEREAS, Smti Opet Mibang, was appointed to the post of APCS (EG) vide Government Order No. PERS-26/2020 dated 19th June, 2020 and posted as Circle Officer, Gusar Upper Subansiri District;
AND WHEREAS, she was on probation for a period of two years and probation was to be regularized subject to satisfactory performance.
AND WHEREAS, the SIC (Vigilance) PS Itanagar, vide letter even No. of dated 31st October, 2020 has informed that Smti Opet Mibang was arrested in connection with SIC (VIG) PSC/No. 12/2022 U/S 120 (B)/ 406/420 IPC R/W Sec. 7/8/13(2) PC Act 1988 on 31st October, 2022.
AND WHEREAS, since her detention under police custody exceeds forty eight hours she was placed under deemed suspension from 31st October, 2022;
AND WHEREAS, the act and conduct of Smti Opet Mibang is found to be unbecoming of a Government servant;
AND WHEREAS, sub-clause (b) of clause 2 of her appointment order provides,-
"The appointment may be terminated at any time by a month's notice given by either side
during the probation period, viz. the appointee or the appointing authority, without assigning any
reason. The appointing authority, however, reserves the right to terminate the service of the appointee
forthwith or before the notice by making payment to him/her of a sum equivalent to the pay and
allowances for a period of notice or the unexpired portion thereof".
NOW THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-clause (b) of clause 2 of appointment order No. PERS-26/2020/ 1297 dated 20th August, 2020, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh hereby give notice to Smti Opet Mibang, APCS (EG) on probation that her services shall stand terminated with effect from the date of expiry of a period of one month from the date on which this notice is served on her.

ORDER

No.SUDH-11/1/2023-SUDH-UDH.—WHEREAS, Shri Moli Basar, Son of Shri Emo Basar, Village-Nyigam, PO/PS-Basar, District Lepa Rada was appointed to the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) vide Govt. Order No. DUD/Estt-723/2019-20/8346-56, dated 31st January, 2020 on probation for 2 (two) years and posted as UDC, Namsai Division, District Namsai;
AND WHEREAS his probation period was yet to be confirmed depending on his satisfactory
performance during the probation period.
AND WHEREAS, the SIC (Vigilance) PS Itanagar, vide letter No. SIC/VIG/PS/FIR-07/2020/1289-90 dated 19th November, 2020 has informed that Shri Moli Basar was arrested on 16th November, 2020 at 2000 Hrs. in connection with SIC/VIG PS C/No. 07/2022 U/S 468/469/471/120(B)IPC R/W Sec. 7/8/13(1)(b) & 13(2) PC Act, 1988;
AND WHEREAS, since his detention under police custody exceeds forty eight hours he was
placed under deemed suspension from 16th November, 2020;
AND WHEREAS, the act and conduct of Shri Moli Basar as informed by the SIC is found to be unbecoming of a Government servant;
AND WHEREAS, the Government of India, instructions, issued vide G.I., M.H.A. No. 4/10/66-
Ests.(C), dated 26th August, 1967, appearing below Rule 5 of the CCS (Temporary Service) Rules,
1965, provides that,- "it would be desirable to terminate the services of the probationer/person on
probation in terms of the letter of appointment and not under Rule 5(1) of the CCS (Temporary
Service) Rules, 1965;
AND WHEREAS, terms and conditions, clause No. 7 of Offer letter No. DUD/Estt-723/2019-20/7443-
49 dated 22nd January, 2020 and clause of appointment Order No. DUD/Estt-723/2019-20/8346-56 dated
31st January, 2020 provides as under,
Clause 7. His appointment will be purely against the temporary post and liable to be terminated
on 1 (one) month notice from either side.
NOW THEREFORE, in pursuance of the terms and condition in clause 7 of Offer letter No. DUD/Estt.-723/ 2019-20/7443-49 dated 22nd January, 2020 and appointment order No. DUD/Estt.723/2019-20/8346-56 dated 31st January, 2020, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh hereby give notice to Shri Moli Basar on probation that his services shall stand terminated with effect from the date of expiry of a period of one month from the date on which this notice is served on him. Consequent upon his termination from service, his deemed suspension order shall stand non-est.

No. FOR 107/E-B/2017/210-60.—This is for general information of all concerned that Smti Jarka Gamlin, MTS of this establishment has changed her name from "JARKA GAMLIN" to "JARKA GAMLIN GEYI" vide affidavit made in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, West Siang District, Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh, dated 26th December, 2022.
Therefore, now onwards her name shall be read as "JARKA GAMLIN GEYI" instead of "JARKA GAMLIN" in all her official records/correspondences from the date of issue of this order.
