No. JUD-89/98(Part).— It is for general information to all concerned Department that whenever a case comes up before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Nodal Department is not specially mentioned or specified in the notice/ orders passed from time to time, the Law Department shall authorize the Govt. Advocate/ Standing Counsel before the Supreme Court to file Vakalatnama in order to appear and receive notices on behalf of the State Respondents.

Further, after the copy of the notice is received by the Standing Counsel, the concerned Nodal Department identified in the given court case shall take steps to file counter affidavit, compliance report etc., as the case may be, through the Govt. Advocate Standing Counsel and a copy of the same shall also be provided to the Law Department for record.

No.DC/ICR/JUD-29/2019-20.— Pursuance of Affidavit No. 01/21 dated 9th August, 2021 sworn in before Executive Magistrate, Itanagar Capital Complex, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh as per written request made by Shri Honngam Reham, son of Shri Panzing Reham, a permanent resident of Vill-Chopsa, PO/PS-Khanubari, District - Longding, Arunachal Pradesh to change his name from Shri Honngam Apesam to Shri Honngam Reham.

No. SUDH-12/1/2023-SUDH-UDH/557-67.—WHEREAS, Shri Goy Ketan, Son of Shri Tagong Ketan, Village - Jomlo Mongku, PO - Pessing, PS - Rumgong, District Siang was appointed to the post of Assistant Engineer vide Government Order No. DUD/Estt-451/2009-10/3085-95 dated 12th August 2019 on probation for 2(two) years and posted as Assistant Engineer, Sub - Kaying under Boleng Division, Siang District.

AND WHEREAS his probation period was yet to be confirmed depending on his satisfactory

performance during the probation period

AND WHEREAS, since his detention under police custody exceeds forty eight hours he was placed

under deemed suspension from 04/12/2022;

AND WHEREAS, the act and conduct of Shri Goy Ketan as informed by SIC is found to be unbecoming of a Government servant;

AND WHEREAS, the Government of India, instructions, issued vide G.I., M.H.A. No. 4/10/66-

Ests.(c),dated 26th August, 1967, appearing below Rule 5 of the CCS(Temporary Service) Rules, 1965,

provides that,- "it would be desirable to terminate the services of the probationer/person on probation

in terms of the letter of appointment and not under Rule 5(1) of the CCS(Temporary Service) Rules,

1965";

AND WHEREAS, terms and conditions, clause No. 7 of his Offer letter No. DUD/Estt-451/2009-10/

2450-57 dated 23rd July 2019 and clause of appointmrnt Order No. DUD/Estt-451/2009-10/3085-95 dated

12th August 2019 provides as under ,

Clause 7. His appointment will be purely against the temporary post and liable to be terminated

on 1 (one) month notice from either side.

NOW THEREFORE, in pursuance of the terms and condition in clause 7 of Offer letter No. DUD/Estt- 451/2009-10/2450-57 dated 23rd July 2019 and appointment Order No. Dud/Estt-451/2009/10/3085- 95 dated 12th August 2019,the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh hereby give notice to Shri Goy Ketan on probation that his services shall stand terminated with effect from the date of expiry of a period of one month from the date on which this notice is served on him. Consequent upon his termination from service, his deemed suspension order shall stand non-est.
