No. HORT/E-305/2022/5.— On the recommendation of Departmental Promotion (DPC) for confirmation of services held on 20th October, 2023, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleassed to order confirmation of following Horticulture Development Officer
who have successfully completed 2 (two) years probation period for confirmation of services in the grade of HDO (Entry Grade) under the Department of Horticulture, with effect from the date of their actual joining to the post as indicated below :-
1. Miss Tsering Dema Karma with effect from 22nd October, 2019.
2. Shri Dusu Nado with effect from 23rd October, 2019.
3. Shri Talom Dabi with effect from 23rd October, 2019.
4. Shri Le Khandu Thongdok with effect from 22nd October, 2019.
5. Miss Yalek Messar with effect from 22nd October, 2019.
6. Miss Osi Tayeng with effect from 24th October, 2019.
7. Miss Leeniya Pertin with effect from 23rd October, 2019.
Seniority position of the officers in the grade of HDO will be maintained as per their own merit.
Other terms and conditions of the services which are not specified herein shall be governed by relevant rules and orders from time to time.

Part - I ] The Arunachal Pradesh Gazette, January 15, 2024 2 ORDER The 19th December, 2023No. DC-ICC-17012/133/2023-JUD BRANCH/2131.— In pursuance of Affidavit No. 1286 dated 28th January, 2015 sworn in before Executive Magistrate, Itanagar Capital Complex, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh as per written request made by Shri Tami Taka son of Late Jikke Tallar a permanent resident of Village - Lukbia, P.O. - Pipsorang, P.S. - Sangram, District - Kra-Daadi Arunachal Pradesh to change his surname from Shri Tami Taka to Shri Jikke Taka.
Henceforth, Shri Tami Taka will be known and distinguished as Shri Jikke Taka for all purposes.

CORRIGENDUM

No. JUD-54/2013 (PT-III)/1051.— In pursuance of the revised order of minimum wages notified by the State Government vide order dated 29th May, 2023, the "scale of pay" for the post of Driver shown in the Government order No. Jud-54/2013 (Pt-III) dated 1st August, 2023, in Column 4, as "` 11,000.00" may be read as ` 12,000.00 fixed consolidated pay per month".

No. JUD-87/2018/1076.— The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint Shri Nani Grayu, Judiicial Officer Grade-I of Arunachal Pradesh Judicial Service to the post of Secretary (Justice)-cum-Legal Remembrancer in the Law, Legislative and Justice department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh is his own pay scale with effect from the date of his joining.
He shall be on deputation to the Law, Legislative and Justice department with pay protection for a period of 3 (three) years.
The other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the guidelines, instructions etc., issued by the Government from time to time.
