No.11/21/2024-ESTT/65. — Whereas Shri Takhe Umar FPA, of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Naharlagun has executed as affidavit vide No. 09 dated 14th October, 2024 in the Office of Notary bearing Registration No. 03/23 Lower Subansiri District Ziro, Government of Arunachal Pradesh to correct his name from Shri Takhe Umar to Shri Takhe Uma.
Whereas Shri Takhe Umar, FPA of Director of Information and Public Relations Naharlagun has submitted an application to the Director of Information and Public Relations Naharlagun on 21st November, 2024, intimating that he has chnaged his name from Shri Takhe Umar to Shri Takhe Uma and mentioned that he had published the correction of his name in the news paper (Echo of Arunachal) on 14th October, 2024.
And now, therefore, he is hereby allowed to assume the name from Shri Takhe Umar to Shri Takhe Uma from the date of issue of this order. He may hereafter be called, known and distinguished by his assumed name of Shri Takhe Uma for all purposes.

(1) The appointee shall be on "probation" for a period of 3 (three) years as per APHS Rules, 2000 amended vide Government notification No. HFW-40/2012 part II dated 6th April, 2013 from the date of their joining. Appointment will be confirmed only after satisfactory completion of the probation period.
(2) The appointee should report for duty at his/her respective place of posting within one month from the date of issue of this order, failing which it will be presumed that he/she is not willing to join the post and accordingly the appointment will stand cancelled.
(3) The appointee shall serve in rural areas compulsorily for a minimum period of 5 (five) years in any part of Arunachal Pradesh, during the initial part of their service as per Government order.
(4) If any declaration given on information furnished by the candidate if found to be false or if the candidate is found to have willfully suppressed any material fact/information, he/she will be liable to be removed/ discharge from services and such other action as Government may deem fit and proper.
(5) The appointee may be terminated at any time by one month notice given by either side viz. the appointee or the appointment authority, without assigning any reason. The appointing authority shall however reserves the right to terminate the service of the appointee forthwith or before the notice by making payment to him/her of a sum equivalent to the pay and allowances for the period of notice or the unexpired portion thereof.
(6) Appointment is subject to production of certificate of fitness from the Medical Board appointed/ authorized by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
(7) No request for change of place of posting will be entertained.
(8) Private practices of any kind whatsoever including laboratory and consultant practice are prohibited as per the Sections 10 of sub - section 13 of the APHSR-2001.
(9) No TA/DA will be allowed while joining 1st appointment.
(10) Seniority will be based on the merit list published by Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.
(11) The character and Antecedent Certificate shall be submitted to this office within 6 (six) months from the date of issue of this order through the DMO concerned.
(12) Terms and conditioned mentioned in the offer of appointment shall also apply.
(13) The inter-se-Seniority of the officials will be issued separate order as per merit of interview conducted by the APPSC.

[ Part - I The Arunachal Pradesh Gazette, February 28, 2025 43 NOTIFICATION The 3rd February, 2025No. LLJ-13015(15)/5/2024/1004. — The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No. 46 of 2023) and in consultation with the Gauhati High Court is pleased to appoint Shri Duksor Loyi as a Public Prosecutor for conducting in such court, any prosecution, appeal or other proceedings on behalf of the State Government in the Itanagar Bench of the Gauhati High Court from the date of his joining the office until further orders.
The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is further pleased to order that Shri Duksor Loyi, Public Prosecutor will be entitled to such fees as admissible to the Public Prosecutor as notified vide Memo No. LLJ-13015(12)/1/2022 dated 3rd May, 2023.

NOTIFICATION
The 13th December, 2024
No. SEDN-31012/4/2023/03.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisio to Article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Vice Principal/Head Master Recruitment Rules, 2012 Group 'A' Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) notified vide No. SEDN-93/2011/5096-05 dated 6th December, 2012 in the Department of Education under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh namely :
1. Short title and Commencement : (1) These rules may be called Vice Principal/Headmaster Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their Publication in the Arunachal Pradesh Gazette.
2. Amendment to the Principal Rules : In the Headmaster/Vice Principal Recruitment Rules, 2012 notified vide Government Notification No. SEDN-93/2011/5096-05 dated 6th December, 2012 : (hereinafter called as principal rules) in Rule 3, for the words 'Pay Band/Grade Pay scale' wherever appear, the words, "Level in Pay Matrix" shall be substituted.
3. Amendment to the Schedule :
(i) In the Principal Rules in Column 2, for the existing entries of "Total 243 posts - 2024* subject to variation dependent on workload" shall be substituted.
(ii) In Column 4, for the existing entries of 'Particulars' and for the existing entries of 'Provisions' the entries "Level in Pay Matrix" and the entries "Level -10 ` 56,100 -1,77,500 respectively shall be substituted.
(iii) In Column 11, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :
"(i) 50% by promotion from the post of Post-Graduate Teacher (PGT) having pay in the Pay
Matrix Level - 8 ` 47,600-1,51,100 Pm. With 4 years of regular service in the grade and
possessing 2nd Division Master Degree with Bachelor of Education from a recognized
University ; and (ii) 50% by promotion from theTrained Graduate Teacher (TGT), having
pay in the Pay Matrix Level -7 ` 44,900-1,42,400 Pm. With 5 years of regular service in the
grade and possessing 2nd Division Bachelor Degree with Bachelor of Education from a
recognized University".
(iv) In Column 13, for the existing entries, the entries, "Not applicable" shall be substituted.
