No. SRWD.45/2006/460.—WHEREAS, Shri Awungshi Ramvao Zimik is presently serving as Executive Engineer, Jamin RWD Division Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
WHEREAS, Shri Awungshi Ramvao Zimik Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department Jamin Division, has executive an affidavit on 17th December, 2019 in the Court of Executive Magistrate, First Class, Naharlagun, Capital Complex Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh to change his name and surname from Shri Awungshi Ramvao Zimik to Shri Ramvao Wungshir Zimik.

WHEREAS, Shri Awungshi Ramvao Zimik has followed and satisfied all the procedure for change of name and surname by a Government employees as laid down in OM No. 19016/1/187—Estt, date 12th March, 1987 of the department of personal and Training and the Minister of Home Affairs O.M No. 62/274/48/Estts, date 3rd March, 1948 as amended vide O.M No. 87/52 Estt, date 24th March, 1952.
AND, now therefore, Shri Awungshi Ramvao Zimik (former name) is hereby allowed to wholly renounce relinquish and abandon on the use of his former name of Shri Awungshi Ramvao Zimik and in place thereof do assume from the date thereof the name Shri Ramvao Wungshir Zimik, so that, he may hereafter be called, known and distinguish not by former name of Shri Awungshi Ramvao Zimik but by his assumed name of Shri Ramvao Wungshir Zimik, for all official purpose in Rural Works Department Arunachal Pradesh.

WHEREAS, the aforesaid Shri Langyuk Mayo Tali, had executed an affidavit on 4th November, 2024 in court of Executive Magistrate Capital, Itanagar Arunachal Pradesh to change his/her name from Shri Langyuk Mayo Tali to Shri Gungli Mayo Tali.
WHEREAS, Shri Gungli Mayo Tali has followed and fulfilled all the procedures prescribed for change of name and surname by a Government employee as laid down in OM 1901/187-Estt (A) dated 12th March, 1987 of Department of Personnel and Training and the Ministry of Home Affairs O.M. The promotion is further subject to following conditions.
I. The officers shall have to undergo and complete the mandatory 2 (two) years hard belt posting within 2 (two) years from the date of issuance of hard belt transfer/posting order in terms of decision of Hon'ble Cabinet.
II. The officers who has been transferred/posted to hard belt shall continue in his place of posting as EAC till he completes his cumulative 2 years hard belt(s) posting. Rest of the officers shall be transferred to hard belt immediately.
III. The increments of the promotee officers shall only be effective if they continue to serve at hard posting and in case of failure to comply hard belt transfer/posting order(s), their increment shall be kept on hold till the time they complete the mandatory 2 years tenure at hard belt. The increments shall be restored and granted with retrospective effect on completion of the hard belt posting tenure.
IV. Any attempt to bring any political or outside influence to bear upon any superior authority to avoid or alter the hard belt posting criteria shall be liable for disciplinary proceedings as per CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 and he/she shall not be eligible for promotion to next grade.
2. The other terms and conditions of the appointment, which are not specified herein, shall be governed by the existing Government rules and orders of the State Government as applicable from time to time in this regard.
