CORRIGENDUM

No. MEST/2022/107/1127.—Whereas, the name of Dr.Toyum Doke was misspelt as Dr. Tayum Doke vide appointment order No. HFW-27/2003 dated 5th of January, 2007 ; the undersigned is now pleased to order rectification of the spellings of his name.
Hereafter, the spellings of his name shall invariably be written as "Dr. TOYUM DOKE" (Dr. Toyum Doke) for all purposes or correspondences.

NOTIFICATION

No.11011(13)31/2021—.The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to approve the raising of the Special Task Force (STF) comprising 300 Personnel in the first phase and with the following additional incentive allowances: (i) Risk Allowance of 35% of basic pay (ii) Fixed clothing allowance of `10,000 p.a (iii) Ration Money allowance of ` 2000 p.m. Further, the Special Task Force personnel shall be eligible for the Arunachal Pradesh Ex-Gratia grants (State Police, Fire and Emergency services, Indian Armed Force and Central Armed Forces, CAPF Personnel) Policy, 2019 as per the Government Notification No.HMB (A)- 11/97/Pt. dated 6th November,2019.
This policy shall come into force from the issue of the notification.

No.APMC/R/0552— Whereas the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council, in pursuance of Section 8 of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Act, 2004 (Act No.4 of 2004), has maintained a State Register in which records the names of all persons, who as on date are enrolled on State Register and who possess any of the recognized medical qualification under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 56), as amended from time to time.
Now, in pursuance of Rule 29(2)(c), part-VII of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules, 2006, an amendment has been made in the State Register due to alteration of name of Dr. Ratan Kato to Dr. Kato Lego under Ruled 29(4) of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules, 2006, as shown below is hereby published for general information.

RELEASE ORDER

No. PERS-12015/101/2022.—WHEREAS, Smti Opet Mibang, was appointed to the post of APCS (EG) vide Government order No. PERS-26/2020 dated 19th June, 2020 and posted as Circle Officer, Gusar, Upper Subansiri District.
AND WHEREAS, she was on probation for a period of two years which was to be regularized subject to satisfactory performance.
AND WHEREAS, as intimated by the SIC (Vigilance) PS Itanagar, vide letter No. SIC/VIG/PS/FIR-12/ 2022/1272-76 dated 31st October, 2022 that Smti Opet Mibang was arrested in connection with SIC (VIG) PS C/No. 12/2022 U/S 120(B)/406/409/420 IPC R/W Sec. 7/813(2)PC Act 1988 on 31st October, 2022 and she was placed under deemed suspension with effect from 31st October, 2022 since her detention under police custody exceeds forty eight hours ;
AND WHEREAS, the act and conduct of Smti Opet Mibang has been found to be unbecoming of a Government servant ;
AND WHEREAS, Smti Opet Mibang, was served with 1 (one) month Notice for her termination from service in terms of sub-clause (b) of clause 2 of her appointment order vide even No. of dated 29th December, 2022, and her ink signed acknowledgement was also obtained.
AND WHEREAS, the Notice period of 1 (one) month has expired on 29-1-2023 ;
Part - I ] 32 The Arunachal Pradesh Gazette, March 15, 2023 FURTHER WHEREAS, since no response has been received within the notice period of one month fromher in her defense, it is presumed that she has nothing to reply in her defense.
NOW THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-clause (b) of clause 2 of appointment order No. PERS-26/ 2020/1297 dated 20th August, 2020, the service of Smti Opet Mibang, APCS (EG) stands terminated with effect from 29th January, 2023.

No.108804/2023/1395— In partial modification of the rule 4(1) of the Arunachal Pradesh State Food Commission Rules, 2018 published vide Gazette Notification No. DFCS/IV/ESTT-A/2018 dated 8th October 2020, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to accord for extension of tenure to 5 (five) years from the existing 3 (three) years of the Chairperson and Members of the Arunachal Pradesh State Food Commission with immediate effect.

No. SUDH-11/4/2023-US-UDH-UDH.—The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to order posting of Shri Hano Takka, Joint Director, IT&C as Director, Urban Local Bodies (ULB) in the Level - 13 of Pay Matrix of ` 1,23,100 - 2,15,900 pm plus other allowances as admissible as per rules, in the interest of public service with immediate effect. On posting of Shri Hano Takka as the Director (ULB) the incumbent Director shall report back to Personnel Department for his further posting.
His pay and allowances shall be debitable from the Head of Account - 2217-80-001-03-00-01 (Salaries) Demand No. 68.
