NOTIFICATION

(Issued under sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country
Planning Act, 2007 (Act No. 3 of 2008))
No. TP-19012/3/2024-DIR-TOWN PLNG/(E-211941)/3982-90.— WHEREAS, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of the Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country Planning Act, 2007 (Act No. 3 of 2008) had earlier issued a Preliminary Notification inviting public claims and objections to the proposed "Boleng Planning Area" as delineated in the Schedule-I (List of Localities/Settlements) and Schedule-II (Boundary Description) vide this Department's Notifiaction No. TP-19012/3/2024-DIR-TP/(E-211941)/1170-83, dated 16th July, 2025.
AND WHEREAS, upon expiry of the claims and objections period of thirty (30) days as stipulated in the Preliminary Notification, the Boleng Planning Authority conducted a public hearing on 10th October, 2025 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, Boleng Planning Authority, to consider and dispose of all claims and objections recieved, as per letter No. DC-SNG-31017(14)/1/2025/TP/DC-SNG/ 9665-9670, dated 10th October, 2025 and the same had been recommended to the State Urban and Country Planning Board for final notification and publication of the Boleng Planning Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of the said Act, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to declare the areas described in Schedule-I and Schedule-II below to constitute the "Boleng Planning Area" which shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the Boleng Planning Authority.

SCHEDULE-II
| Direction | Description of Boundary |
| North : | Kebung Korong to the north of Hinggeng, extended District Headquarter, then boundary crossed the Simang River upto Boleng-Pareng Road at culvert over the Kombung Kobung. |
| East : | Eastern Boundary is considered from the culvert over Kombung Kobung (stream) at Boleng- Pareng Road before Nambung Korong is found. Then boundary continuously traverses along Boleng Pareng Road and moves along the Boleng - Dite - Dime Road upto Paneh Korong and turn downward along the Paneh Korong upto Siang River. |
| South : | Siang River and move upward from Lebung Korong toward Babo and following the demarcated boundary of Babo Extension Area, then boundary move downward from Ledhi Korong upto Siang River. |
| West : | From ending point of south boundary at Siang River to confluence of Rabung Korong and moves upstream upto Linggu-Libeh, then again move upward to the hill called Pangging Giling. Then Boundary moves downward through Pangging Lipeng and connect the Bumroh Korong and traverse along Boleng - Sineh Road upto Ebung Korong. Then boundary move upstream from ebung Korong and hovering Hinggeng Extension Area. |
