NOTIFICATION
The 10th March, 2026
No. DULB-14017/2/2026/1841-50.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 3 (1)(B) of the Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Property Tax Management Rules, 2025, the State Government hereby designates the following officers as indicated below :

| 1. | Commissioner, IMC | Chief Controlling Officer, IMC |
| 2. | Municipal Executive Officer, PMC | Chief Controlling Officer, PMC |
| 3. | Additional District Magistrate, ICR, Papum Pare District | Assessor and Collector of Property Tax, IMC |
| 4. | Additional District Magistrate, Pasighat, East Siang District | Assessor and Collector of Property Tax, PMC |
They shall exercise such powers and perform such duties in relation to assessment, levy, collection, supervision and enforcement of property tax as prescribed under the Rules and as may be delegated by the State Government from time to time.
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
