No. LAE/12/2026 (CW) (Computer e-file No. 284687)678.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 51 of the Code on Wages, 2019 No. (29 of 2019), and in super-session of the earlier Government Notification No. LAB (MW) 02/2017, dated 24th July, 2018, Notification No. LAB-57/88 dated 1st October, 1997. And Notification No. LAB (LAW)-160/93/2 dated 26th June, 1995, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the following officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below to be the "Inspector-cum-Facilitator" for the purpose of the said Code within their respective jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the table, namely:
