NOTIFICATION
The 2nd April, 2026
No. DULB-14017/2/2026/35-47.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 11 (2) of the Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Property Tax Management Rules, 2025, the State Government notifies the Municipal Valuation Committee for Itanagar Municipal Corporation as indicated below :

| 5. | Shri Rochen Ruyi, Assistant Town Planner, ICR | Member |
| 6. | District Land Record and Settlement Officer, ICR | Member |
| 7. | One expert having knowledge and experience in Property Tax Valuation (to be nominated by State Government) | Member |
The Municipal Valuation Committee Members shall exercise such powers and perform such duties in relation to assessment, levy, collection, supervision and enforcement of property tax as prescribed under the Rules and as may be delegated by the State Government from time to time.
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
