No. LAE/46/2026(Computer e-file No.295228)/770.—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the Code on Wages, 2019 (No. 29 of 2019) and in supersession of this Department Notification No. LAB-57/88 dated 7th September, 1999, No. LAB(MW)02/2017, dated 10th July, 2018 and No. LAB-13/79/2 dated 8th November, 2018, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the following officers mentioned in column – (2) of the table below as "AUTHORITY" to hear and determine the claims which arise under the provision of Code on Wages, 2019, within their respective jurisdiction specified in the corresponding entries in column – (3) of the table as indicated below:-
