No. DULB-14017/6/2026/326-34.— The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute a State Level Technical Committee (SLTC) to carry out the technical and financial appraisal of the DPRs under Urban Challenge Fund in its entirety for the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
The State Level Technical Committee (SLTC) shall comprise the following Members :

| 5. | Chief Engineer, Power (Transmission, P and M Zone) | Member |
| 6. | State Mission Director (if Different from above) | Member |
| 7. | Director, ULBs | Member Secretary |
The SLTC will be primarily responsible for the technical appraisal of DPRs and tender documents. Before approving, SLTC will ensure the availability of undisputed land for projects, the inclusion of O and M/Asset management for at least five years.
