AND NOW, THEREFORE, Smti Tai Yadek (former name) is hereby allowed to wholly renounce, relinquish and abandon the use of her former name of Tai Yadek and in place there of, to assume the name Smti Dari Yadek so that she may be hereafter be called and distinguished not by her former name of Smti Tai Yadek but by her assumed name of Smti Dari Yadek.
