NOTIFICATION

No. LMD-13011(14)/2025/409.—WHEREAS, the land measuring 2,39,218 Sqm/23.9218 Hectares located at Giteripa more fully described in the schedule have been voluntarily donated/gifted by the publics of Dere Nalo, Ara Nalo and Pome Bage Villages under Giteripa Administrative Circle of Upper Subansiri District, Arunachal Pradesh vide deed of Agreement No. 1910 dated 11th June, 2025 for the establishment of Circle Headquarter at Giteripa to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
NOW THEREFORE, the land measuring 2,39,218 Sqm/23.9218 Hectares at Giteripa as described in the schedule shall be used for the purpose of Circle Headquarter at Giteripa of Upper Subansiri District, Arunachal Pradesh.
