No. (E-27899)TP-ULB-17011/2/2021/1348-1362.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33 of the Arunachal Pradesh Tenancy Act, 2022 (Act No.17 of 2022), the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint all the Deputy Commissioners to be the Rent Courts for their respective Districts.
It shall come into force on the date of its notification in the Official Gazette.
