No. APSLSA-33/2005/1949.—In exercise of the power conferred under Section 8A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act No. 39 of 1987), read with Chapter 3 Regulation 7 of the Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authorities Regulation, 2004, Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority on approval of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court hereby re-constitute the High Court Legal Services Committee for Gauhati High Court, Itanagar Permanent Bench, Naharlagun consisting of the following members to exercise the powers and functions conferred on or assigned under the Act and Rules and Regulations made thereunder for a term of office of 2 (two) years.
