No. CLA.22/2011/ 42 -A. - Whereas in the opinion ofthe Collector ofCachar, Silchar it expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works or other development measures or in connection with establishment of BOP of BSF at Village : Harinagar Pt. -II, now therefore inpursuance of Section 9 of theAssam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act 1964, the Collector of Cachar, Silchar is pleased to order that the land as per schedule below measuring an area of 09 (Nine) Bighas , 01 (One) Katha 08(Eight) Chattaks in Village- Harinagar Pt. - II, Ph.: Horitikar in Katigorah, Sub-Division of Cacha Districtshall be acquired .
