No. CLA.22/2011 /42- A. - Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Cachar, Silchar it expedient establishment of BOP of BSF at Village : Harinagar Pt. - II , now therefore in pursuance of Section 9 of or necessary to acquire land speedily for works or other development measures or in connection with order that the land as per schedule below measuring an area of 09 (Nine) Bighas , 01 (One) Katha , theAssam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act 1964 , the Collector of Cachar, Silchar is pleased to 08(Eight) Chattaks in Village - Harinagar Pt . - II , Ph . Horitikar in Katigorah, Sub -Division of Cachar District shall be acquired .
