Notification under Section 9 ( 1 ) of Assam Land (Requisition & Acquisition) Act , 1964

No.L.A.7 / 2016 / 31.- Whereas in opinion of the Collector of Kamrup Metropolitan District , it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedly for the purpose i.e. "expansion of River Bharalu near Chabipool vide letter No. ARC . 18/2013/1812 dated 10/08/2015 received from the Circle Officer , Guwahati Revenue Circle , Guwahati . Now therefore , in pursuance of Section 9 ( 1 ) of the Assam Land (Requisition & Acquisition ) Act , 1964 the Collector Kamrup Metropolitan District is pleased to order that the land as schedule below 932
