No. DLA - 39/ 2014/ 9.- Whereas the property specified in the schedule below was requisitioned by the order of the Collector, Dhemaji district Vide No.DLA.39/2014 / 1 Dtd.7/06/ 2016 with effect from 2008 used by Railway Authority ;

And whereas , the State Government has decided that the said property shall be released from requisition;
And whereas , the person to whom the possession of the requisitioned land is to be delivered cannot be found or is not readily available or has no agent or other person empowered to accept delivery on his behalf;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 3) of Section 8 of the said Act , the Governor of Assam do hereby declare that the said property is released from requisition .

No. DLA.39 /2014 /4 Certified that the land measuring 44B- 1K- 14Ls of Tongani Jungle Block (N.C. ) and Kebaranga Village under Sissi Mouza of Dhemaji District has been proposed for Construction of Actuation of Land Bogibeel Guide Bandh at Tongani Jungle Block (N.C. ) and Kebaranga Village under Sissiborgaon Revenue Circle by N.F. Railway , Bogibeel Railway Project is Requiring Department .
In view of the urgency of the work , the adoption of urgent procedure i.e. under section 3 (1 ) of Assam Land Acquisition Act, 1964 is justified and there is no objection to the acquisition of the land in general and specified ground.

1. The land proposed to be acquired is not excessive .
2. The land proposes to be acquired is suitable for the purpose.
3. The land proposed to be acquired will be utilized for the purpose expeditiously .
