NOTIFICATION

The 18th January, 2017

No. KAAC/TC/Baithalangso/2008/2016/948. – In pursuance of Executive Committee resolution No. 12, Dated 7th July, 2009, this office Notification No. KAAC/TC/Baithalangso/2008/ 2016/889, dated 20th September, 2016 and in pursuance of the Sub-section (4) of Section of the Karbi Anglong District (Administration of Town Committees) Act, 1954, the authority of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, Diphu is pleased to declare the area specified below to be a "Notified area" for the purpose of constitution of a Town Committee viz. Baithalangso Town Committee with immediate effect.

THE AREA SPECIFIED AND DESCRIPTION OF THE BOUNDARY

East    :     North Hongkram/Hongkram.
West    :     Amtereng Dikisir.
North   :     Punja Borpathar, Doloni, Borpani Reserve Forest.
South   :     Rongkor, Vodilar.
