No. RLA . 300/ 2013 / Pt . - I / 37.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub- rule ( 1 ) of rule 6 of the Assam Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules , 2015 framed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilita- tion and Resettlement Act , 2013 , the Governor of Assam is pleased to notify Omeo Kumar Das Institute of social Change & Development , Guwahati as the Assam State Social Impact Assessment Unit.
The Assam State Social Impact Assessment Unit will act as independent organiza- tion for carrying out the purposes of the Rules .
