No. RLA.209/2013/37.- Under section 48(1) of the land Acquisition Act, 1 of 1894, the Government of Assam withdraw a quantum of land measuring 03 (Three) Bighas 07 (Seven) Kattas 15 (Fifteen) Chattaks in Mouza-Keshorkapan Part-1 Pargana-Kushiyarkul, P. S.-Karimganj covered by Dag No. 618 Kha, 621 ka , 667 ka, 66 Kha (1) 667 Ga 668 ka 669 ka 670 ka 671 Kha, 672 Kha from the acquired land' measuring 08 (eight) Bighas 12 (Twelve) Kattas 10 (Ten) chattaks required for construction shifting/establishment of BOP Jagannathi, in Mouza Keshorkapan Part-I Pargana-Kushiyarkul of Karimganj District as covered by Govt. Notification No.RLA.209/2013/3 dated 2nd September, 2013 and Declaration No.RLA.209/2013/5 dated 30th September, 2013 and duly published in the Assam Gazette dated 17th October, 2013 (Page/2307-2308 under L.A. Case No.1/2013-14).
