No.HAD.166 / 2013/44. - In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 20 ( 1 ) of the ssam Autonomous Districts ( Constitution of District Councils ) Rules , 1951 , as amended nd as applicable to the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council , Haflong , read with Rule (1) thereof, as amended , the Governor of Assam , on the advice of Chief Executive Member of North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council communicated vide D.O. No.CEM/NCHAC/Gen- Corress/ 2016-17 /240, dated 27-02-2017 , is pleased to appoint Shri Mahendra Kemprai and Shri Paudaming Nraime, Members of North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council as Executive Member of the Executive Committee of the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council by replacing Shri Denis Teron and Shri Laltlangsang Hmar with immediate effect.
