No. KRA.38/ 2016 /Pt - II // 13546-48.- Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Karimganj , it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with acquisition of land for construction of Re- alignment/shifting of the existing Border Fencing for Re - Location of Village Lafasail Pt- 1 by the CPWD , in pursuance of section 9 of the Assam Land ( Requisition and Acquisition) Act.1964, the collector of Karimganj is pleased to order that the land as per schedule below, measuring an area of 15 (Fifteen) Kattas 7 ( Seven) Chattaks in Mouza- Lafasail Pt- 1, Pargona -Sadímapur in the District of Karimganj shall be acquired.
