NOTIFICATION
The 9th May, 2017
No. HLB.18/2004/Pt.-I/333.- The Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 made by the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) shall be applicable in the State of Assam in pursuance of adoption of the Transplantation of Human Organs (Amendment) Act, 2011 (No.16 of 2011) in the State of Assam by a resolution adopted by the Assam Legislative Assembly on 8th March 2017 under Article 252 of the Constitution of India, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Assam Government Gazette.
