No.JDJ.242/2006/Pt./16– In continuation of this Department's Notification No.JDJ.242/2006/ 585, dated 17th May, 2012 and in exercise of power conferred under Rule 8 (B) of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Governor of Assam is pleased to renew the Certificate of Practice of Notary in respect of 1) Gunajit Kr. Bayan, S/o. Late Harish Ch. Bayan, Bamun Baradi, Dewrikuchi, P.O. & District Barpeta, 2) Abdul Matin Ahmed, S/o. Abdul Wahed, Dongarkuchi, P.O. & District Barpeta and Sri Ajit Kr. Sarkar, S/o. Late Mohan Bashi Sarkar, Bamunidi, P.O. Era Bamundi, Barpeta District for a further period of 5 (five) years with effect from the expiry of the term of their earlier appointment i.e. from 14th June, 2017.
