NOTIFICATION

No.JDJ.242/2006/Pt./17.– In continuation of this Department's Notification No.JDJ.242/2006/594, dated 12th June, 2012 and in exercise of power conferred under Rule 8 (B) of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Governor of Assam is pleased to renew the Certificate of Practice of Notary in respect of 1) Majedur Rahman, S/o. Late Haffizur Rahman, Uttar Barpeta, Dewrikuchi, P.O. & District Barpeta and 2) Satyendra Choudhury, S/o. Late Promode Kr. Choudhury, North Barpeta, P.O. & District Barpeta for a further period of 5 (five) years with effect from the expiry of the term of their earlier appointment i.e. from 14th June, 2017.
