No. AHE.385/2017/197.- In exercise of power conferred under Section 1 of The Madhabdev University Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXXV of 2017) the Governor of Assam is pleased to notify that the said Act shall come into force with effect from 1st June, 2018.
