No. FEB.181/2017/1(B/S).- In Pursuance of Clause 3 of Article 166 of the Constitution of India and all powers enabling in this behalf, the Governor of Assam is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in Schedule-II of the Delegation of Financial Power Rules, 1999 (as amendmed).
