No. JLA.3/2015-17.- In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 3(1) of the Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act. 1964 (Act XV of 1964) under Notification No. JLA.3/2015-17, dated 26th December, 2017. I Sri Jadav Pegu, ACS, Sub- Divisional Officer (Civil) & Collector, Jonai Sub-Division do hereby requisition under Section 3(1) of the Assam land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964, the land described in the schedule below with effect from the date of this order, for the purpose of Construction of Railway Broad Gauge Line from Murkong Selek to Pasighat (Assam Portion).
