NOTIFICATION

No. EX.138/2015/Pt/66.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 84 of the Assam Excise Act, 2000 (Assam Act No.XIV of 2000), the Governor of Assam is hereby pleased to omit the provisions contained in rule 145 to rule 274 in part II pertaining to country spirit of the Assam Excise Rules, 2016. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st January, 2018.
