No. ASE.1324 /2016/ 138.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 24 (2 ) ( m ) of The Assam Secondary Education Act , 1961 , the Government of Assam , hereby accords approval of the Regulations of the Board of Secondary Education , Assam , with retrospective effect from 01/04/2016, which was drafted by the Board of Secondary Education , Assam and was adopted videits resolution no . B.16/04/03 in the Board's meeting held on 29.3.2016.
