No. AHE.629/2016/44.- In exercise of power conferred under Section 1(3) of The Assam State Higher Education Council Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXI of 2017) the Governor of Assam is pleased to notify that the said Act shall come into force with effect from 1st March, 2018.
