No.FEB.97/2013/11.- In pursuance of clause (3) of Article 166 of Constitution of India and of other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Assam is pleased to direct that the following further amendment has been done under the Delegation of Financial Powers Rules 1999.

For one time to meet the Administrative expediency subject to availability of budget provision. 2. Subject to condition 1. 3. Observance of all financial rules & procedures. |
The above delegation will be a one time exception for administrative expediency. The above delegation shall take effect from the date of issue of the Notification.
