NOTIFICATION

No. PLA.527 / 2015 /148.- The Governor of Assam is pleased to order a Magisterial Enquiry into the unfortunate incident of Fire that took place on 23/1/2020 at Hose No.02 , Basisthapur , Bylane No.1 Wireless in which two children namely Ishan Krishnatriya aged 8 Years and Evan Krishnatriya aged 3 years died. District Magistrate , Kamrup Metropolitan District shall cause the enquiry and ascertain the cause ( s ) of the incident . He shall suggest measures to prevent such incidents in future and submit his report within 15 days .
