NOTIFICATION
The 6th March, 2020
No. SEC.146/2019/85.- In partial modification of the Commission's earlier Notification No.SEC.l46/2019/21 dated 20.01.2020 regarding appointment of Election Officers, Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers for Bodoland Territorial Council Election, 2020 and in pursuance of the letter No.BGN.04/BTCELECTION/2020/121 dated 03.03.2020 received from Addl. Deputy Commissioner, i/c Bhergaon Sub-Division, the following officer shown in the table below shall perform duties as Assistant Returning Officers in connection with the conduct of ensuing election to Bodoland Territorial Council.
He shall act under the direction and supervision of the Assam State Election commission as per provisions of Bodoland Territorial Council (Election) Rules, 2004. Until further orders, he shall be deemed to be under deputation to the Assam State Election Commission.
The notified officer shall not be transferred or released (if under orders of transfer) or allowed leave without approval of the Assam State Election Commission.
