The 7th February, 2022
No. GAG(B)200/2016/Pt/30.- In supersession of earlier instructions issued by this Department, it is hereby directed that henceforth the practice of felicitation to Hon'ble Chief Minister, Hon'ble Ministers or senior officials in any State Government function may be avoided.
However, the above norm is exempted in case of Hon'ble Governor, Hon'ble Union Ministers, visiting senior Government of India officials, State Guest and any non-Government guests invited to the programme.
