No. UDD(T) 144/2022/9.- In pursuance of the Notification vide No. UDD(T)144/2022/6 dated 17th March, 2022, published vide Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 221, dated 24th March, 2022 regarding notice for publication of the Draft Master Plan for Tangla the following modification are made.
a. Please read as "Draft Master Plan for Tangla" instead of the Draft Revised Master Plan for Tangla in the last line of Para-1
b. Please read as notice of publication of the "Draft Master Plan for Tangla" insted of the Draft Revised Master Plan for Jorhat.
Please read as "Draft Master Plan for Tangla" instead of the Draft Revised Master Plan for Tangla in the first line of Point No. 1
Please read as "Draft Master Plan for Tangla" instead of the Draft Revised Master Plan in the first line of Point No. 2
Please read as "Draft Master Plan for Tangla" instead of the Draft Revised Master Plan in the first line of Point No. 3
Please read as "Deputy Commissioner, Tangla" instead of the Deputy Commissioner, Jorhat in the 4th line of point No. 3 and "Chairman, Tangla Development Authority instead of the Chairman, Jorhat Development Authority in the 5th line of point No. 3 also please read as sale on payment instead of sale on payment in the last line.
