Tenancy Case No. 3/2022.- Whereas tenancy land below has been found entitled to acquire the ownership rights /intermediary rights of his landlords under section 21 to the Assam (Temporarily Settled Areas ) Tenancy Act , 1971 (Assam Act . XXIII of 1971 ) And whereas the said tenancy have/ has applied and deposited the compensation under Sub-Section ( 1 ) , ( 2) of Section 23 of the aforesaid Act .
Now, therefore , in exercise of the power conferred by Sub - Section ( 1) , ( 2) Section 23 of the said Act , it is hereby declared that the Tenants named in column ( 1) of the Scheduled below have ownership right/intermediary right of the landlord's mentioned in column ( 2) of the Schedule free from all encumbrance with effect from .........
