No. LAE.52/2010/4844.- Subject to availability of leave at her credit, the Governor of Assam in consultation with the Hon'ble Speaker, Assam Legislative Assembly is pleased to grant Earned Leave on medical ground for 30 days with effect from 29th October, 2022 to 28th November, 2022 to Smti Pankaj Baishya, Under Secretary, Assam Legislative Assembly both days inclusive under the revised Rules, 1934 as amended up- to-date.
The officer would have continued to officiate in the same post but for her proceeding on leave there is every expectation of her returning to the post from which she proceeded on leave.
