NOTIFICATION
The 22nd February, 2023
No. GSAG/OATH/1/2023/25.- Whereas, in exercise of powers under Article 155 and Article 160 of the Constitution of India, the President of India has been pleased to appoint Shri Gulab Chand Kataria to discharge the functions of the Governor of Assam, it is hereby notified that Shri Gulab Chand Kataria on this 22nd day of February, 2023 (3rd Falguna 1944 Saka) has taken upon himself to the discharge of the functions of the Governor of Assam.
