NOTIFICATION
The 23rd May, 2023
No. E-273441/2023/15- In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso below sub-
Section (2) of Section 162 of the Assam Land and revenue Regulation, 1886 (Amended),
Governor of Assam is pleased to approve inclusion of North Eastern Development
Finance Corporation Ltd. (NEDFI) as a financing institution with effect from the date of
publication of this Notification in the Official Gazzette.
Consequent upon above nothing contained in Chapter X or ALRR, 1886 or in the
rules made thereunder, shall affect any transfer by way of a mortgage in favour of
NEDFI.
