No. E-16201/LA-16/69/2023-KRA.- It is hereby notified that in pursuance of Saction 6 (1) of the Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 (Assam Act, XV of 1964), the Collector, Kamrup is pleased to decide the acquisition with effect from the date of publication of this notice of the land requisitioned under Section 3 (1) of the said Act as per schedule below, measuring as area of 0B-4K-11L in Village- Sila Grant Town, Mouza-Sila Sinduri Ghopa in the district of Kamrup for the purpose of "Construction of CARGO-CUM-COACHING TERMINAL at Agyathori (Amingaon), Guwahati.
