No. ECF.352011/2023/8.- The notification issued vide No. ECF.352011/2023/4 dated 11th December, 2023 for Optimization of Patta type for Grants as per Assam Re-assessment of Revenue Free Waste Land Act, 1948 and optimization of patta types for other patta lands by consolidating the tenure in the present context for all the districts (excluding scheduled VI districts) and mapping of all land classes by evolving a Harmonized System of Nomenclature (HSN) is hereby cancelled. A fresh notification shall follow shortly.
